Hello everyone, I am relieved to advise the Gordon’s Medical Ltd has been granted “Essential Business” status.
I have made contact with most of my suppliers and on the whole they will be filling orders for materials to me.
I will be the primary worker over this lockdown period in order to reduce the likelihood of anyone from my team becoming ill. When I need support from them we will be working it so that only one person at a time will be at my premises – this in turn may slow down the order dispatch turnaround if I can’t pack from floor stock.
I hope that you continue to support Gordon’s Medical Ltd through this very stressful period as under my parents guidance the business has managed to weather some interesting times during the 1970’s and 1980’s where NZ had carless days, rationed petrol, price freezes and worst of all an accidental amputation of 4 fingers on my father’s right hand in 1984 … with a bit of luck it won’t be for too long before we can work normally again … fingers crossed!
There may also be other items that you need to purchase which we are able to manufacture for you so please feel welcome to contact me to discuss this possibility.
